Christmas Break

The last sessions before Christmas will be:

Sydney Saturday 19th December
Athens Saturday 19th December
Beijing Monday 21st December
Rio Wednesday 23rd December

All squads will return to training on Saturday 2nd January however for that weekend only the times will be slightly different so 
Sydney 9.30-10.15am
Athens 10.15am-11.00am
Beijing 9.30-11.00am
The following week is back to all normal times so Rio and Beijing will train on Monday 4th from 6.00-7.30pm as usual
