Summary Schedule 2019:
Arrival / Registration: From 1030am, Abingdon School Sports Centre (not earlier please!) 11:30 First Swim Warmup (U9s to U12s) 11.45 First Swim Heats (youngest Classes first) 12:32 Second Warmup (U13s and older) Expected Finish 2pm 1:20pm Warmup for Running (At Tilsley) 1.30pm First Run Heats (youngest first) Class results and medal awards as they complete. Results will be online and Printed on the noticeboard. 4:30-5pm Finish (oldest last). Basically, 11am - 4.30pm |

The format for Abingdon Vale is SWIM FIRST (at Abingdon School Pool), then RUN (at Tilsley Park Track). There is rest and transit time in between. Entries are Closed. Due to insurance and paperwork, it is not possible to add late entries, sorry. Individual and School entries is via the Pentathlon GB Biathlon Events Calendar Page. |

There will be detailed Timing and heats published here for your Age Class and Swim / Run- when entries are closed.
You will have plenty of time to transition from swim to run (see map below).
Parking will be difficult at the pool, but on-street parking on a Sunday is OK.
Register and collect Runner Number. Bring safety pins (some spares provided!)

PARKING AND DIRECTIONS
Parking at the Abingdon School Sports Centre (Pool) is limited to approx 48 cars.
Coaches - Roadside Parking in Faringdon Road is possible on a Sunday.
When full, you can park at the Main School car park as an overflow and walk through to the Sports Centre.
Or there is 2hr free parking in the Town (multi-storey, OX14 3LH) and a short five minute walk.
