Beijing and Rio will train together on a Monday evening, from 7.00-8.30pm to increase the training time for both squads and so that I can introduce a couple of new areas of focus.
The session will start with about 15 minutes land work to enable the swimmers to learn more about pre-pool exercises and how to do them properly .We will then have about one hour in the pool to train and then the remainder of the session will be spent working on turns.
