ABI = Abingdon School Sports Centre WHLC = White Horse Leisure Centre LC = Long Course Aldershot Garrison
** 2x 1hour sessions within the 2 hour slot - swimmers will be notified by their coach which hour to attend
* P1-P3 will be training 07:00-08:30 am in Abingdon Pool if there is no Long Course training or a gala.
Please note these are pooltimes only! Please arrive 15 mins before the session to complete pre pool and be ready to start the session on time!
