Swimmers will continue to improve & strengthen their skills (starts, turns & finishes) & technique on all 4 strokes.

Attendance
4+ swim sessions including 1 weekday morning.

Competition Focus
Swimmers will develop training methods to improve competition performance & race
strategies - this will include swimmers being aware of stroke counts & becoming aware of kick counts & stroke rates.
Target = County Finals & Regional qualification.
Must have qualified for a County event.
