Minimum 10 minutes pre and post pool every session.
Swimmers will aim to reach a high level of skills (starts, turns & finishes) & technique on all 4 strokes.

3+ swim sessions with the aim to do weekday morning sessions.

The Performer
Competition Focus
Swimmers will develop training methods to improve competition performance - this will include swimmers becoming aware of stroke counts during training sessions enabling them to transfer these skills into their racing.
